This website is operated under the Nuvelloria brand. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nuvelloria. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, product batch or manufacturer. Measurements may also vary slightly where stated.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary depending on your market or location.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors before fulfilling an order. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where necessary.
4. ORDERS
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.
Orders remain subject to payment confirmation, product availability and verification of the information provided.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you and, where payment has already been collected, provide an appropriate refund.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer free standard shipping to destinations available at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery generally taking 7–15 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Customers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may exercise that right within the applicable legal period.
Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.
